New version of Annotated Model Grant Agreement published

The European Commission recently published a new version of the Annotated Model Grant Agreement (AGA) for Horizon Europe on the Funding & Tenders Portal. The document is still a draft version that does not yet contain explanations for all articles of the Model Grant Agreement and is therefore marked as version 1.0 Draft.

Compared to the pre-draft published in November 2021, the new AGA version contains numerous changes and additions. Among other things, a clarification was made regarding the reference period relevant for the calculation of personnel costs. Accordingly, reference to either the year or the reporting period is possible. In addition, the new version also contains explanations on several articles of the Model Grant Agreement that were previously missing, such as on the suspension and termination of the grant or on access to research infrastructures.
