The "Deutsches Innovationsinstitut für Digitalisierung und Nachhaltigkeit (DIND)" has honoured BayFOR in the categories "Top Service" and "Employer of the Future" - and thus as a customer-oriented, competent and digital service provider as well as a digital, innovative and modern employer. BayFOR's Managing Director, Martin Reichel, has received the award in Cologne from former Federal Minister of Economics and Justice Brigitte Zypries. The criteria for the DIND award included the future orientation in the area of digitalisation of employer benefits, as well as BayFOR's customer orientation.

"I am very pleased that the "Deutsches Innovationsinstitut für Digitalisierung und Nachhaltigkeit" has awarded these two seals of quality to the degree of digitalisation within BayFOR and also to our customer-specific orientation, and that we can thus join the circle numerous, much larger companies that have also received this award.", says BayFOR Managing Director Martin Reichel.

Equally decisive for the award were BayFOR's internet and social media presence (LinkedIn and Twitter), as well as an interview with BayFOR's Managing Director, Martin Reichel, which appeared in the "UNTERNEHMER" magazine of the "Deutsche Unternehmer Plattform" (DUP) at the end of July 2022. With former Federal Minister of Economics and Justice Brigitte Zypries as editor and Jens de Buhr as publisher, DUP UNTERNEHMER sees itself as a guide and educator, as an impulse generator and solution provider. With a circulation of more than 270,000 copies, the DUP UNTERNEHMER magazine appears on newsstands and as a supplement in "Handelsblatt" and "WirtschaftsWoche". The content focuses on SME topics - from digitalisation and sustainability to succession and financing.
