Both individual programs and standardized software have serious disadvantages. Individual software is lengthy to be programmed, standardized software is often unflexible and requires a lot of time to be installed in an enterprise. Therefore we are looking for application systems between these forms which can be adapted quick and precise to the requirements of an enterprise. Some examples for such forms are Application Templates Component Ware Software for industries Software for types of enterprises etc. In particular we think, that a core of functions which represents the typical functions of an industrial company can be enlarged with functions which represent the area of business. The chart shows the architecture of an application system consisting of EDP-functions comparable to honeycombs. We hope to come to a supply industry in software development.
